1. Introduction

Welcome to Pitch Report. By signing up for and using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

Pitch Report provides a service that exports your data from Google Analytics Universal Analytics to a Google Cloud BigQuery Data Warehouse and configures Google Looker Studio for data access. We will own and manage the Google Cloud BigQuery Data Warehouse and Google Looker Studio accounts, granting you necessary access. Our service simplifies data migration and ensures you can continue analyzing your data seamlessly.

3. Access and Security

You authorize Pitch Report to access your Google Analytics Universal Analytics account to export your data.
We will use a 256-bit AES encryption system to protect and secure your login details.
After exporting your data, you can remove our access to your Google Analytics account.
We will conduct regular security audits and updates to maintain the security of your data.

4. Packages and Fees

Pitch Report offers four package types, each with:

A one-time setup fee for API migration, Google Cloud BigQuery Data Warehouse configuration, and Google Looker Studio setup.
Monthly recurring fees for data storage and maintenance.

Minimum Engagement

The minimum engagement period is 12 months.
If you wish to gain admin access to your Google Cloud BigQuery Data Warehouse before the 12-month period ends, a termination fee equivalent to your original setup fee will apply.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through our secure online payment facility on our Shopify website.
To proceed with payment and service activation, you must agree to these terms and conditions.
In case of a payment failure, we will notify you and provide a grace period to update your payment method.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for the setup fee or monthly subscription fees. All payments are final.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up for Pitch Report.
You must ensure that your use of Pitch Report complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Data Protection

Pitch Report will use reasonable endeavours to protect your data and keep your accounts secure.
We employ a 256-bit AES encryption system to safeguard your login details and data.
We commit not to share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
We perform regular data backups and have recovery procedures in place to protect against data loss.
Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for any unauthorized access to your data.

9. Customer Support

We offer customer support to assist you with any issues or questions. Response times may vary, but we strive to address inquiries within 24 hours.

10. Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you will remain liable for any fees due for the initial 12-month period.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Pitch Report if you breach these terms and conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Pitch Report.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Significant changes will be notified to you via email. Your continued use of Pitch Report constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
